Possible, but I don't think so. That warning message is present in the
boot logs in the Agilent service manual...I think they're normal.
The Service manual indicates the part number for the keyboard is
C3757-60401. Googling for that turns up some hits...looks like a 101
key unit.

For instance, an old PC/AT keyboard with only 88 keys, and an adapter
to mini-din might work better.
X won't work without a properly functioning keyboard, mouse, and
monitor.
