Hi

That's more power that it should be pulling. It *should* be happy on
anything from about 20 to 60 volts. I run mine on 28 volts. Last time I
looked it was pulling well under an amp. How much under - don't remember. 

The "kit" version from China comes with a 24V 2.x A supply. As with any
OCXO, the power drops quite a bit after warm up.

I have powered it up and its drawing 52W @ 24v.

My question is, What is the input voltage range on the Z3815A?

Also, one for those familiar with the Z3815A,
"Holdover Uncertainty Predict:" is showing 2 dashes ( -- )
>From my experience with the Z380x clocks this usually is displayed right
after its locked to GPS.
Is there a problem with this unit, or the Z3815A won't ever display this, or
just give it some more time?
