I think you misunderstand. IF you have http already listening on the address you serve NTP from, then there MUST be a redirect from pool.ntp.org to www.pool.ntp.org. IF you do not have http running, then there IS NOTHING TO DO. So, other than adding that virtual host to your EXISTING service configuration, there is nothing more you need to do. If you spin up http service on the other machine, add that vhost as well and you're all set. This isn't all about you or your configuration, it's about not shocking random people with random web pages that they did not expect. - --Michael -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.7 (MingW32) iD8DBQFGcEo1uzMQWQwZDN0RAkdYAKCZwMnbZiQb5cxA6UW8iP7tWDCtCQCdEXxJ RUZvJhiXhYWS3ZxKZNa0tO8= =9Od1 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ timekeepers mailing list [email protected] https://fortytwo.ch/mailman/cgi-bin/listinfo/timekeepers
