People can do all sorts of 'not nice' things when they're seen as a subdomain of a trusted domain, but I'm not so sure that the pool is used widely enough for it to actually happen. With an ipv6 pool even less so (btw. I doubt there are enough ipv6 hosts capable of creating an abuse problem.. ipv6 tends to be deployed in universities where they have their own timeservers or on the machines of techies like us).
