This was a discussion about if a S2 server gives better time than a S1. These servers ( http://www.netnod.se/time_servers.shtml )are not publishing any rules about not using them directly as an end user. Their bandwidth are also very much better than the setups used by the major US time keepers. But of cause a S1 server on a small network pipe is vulnerable for congestion problems.
