4/5, b.ntpns.org is still an ordinary nameserver.
Guillaume has gotten a few more setup and ready to go; we're planning
to put one more in production this weekend. Most likely in Germany,
then we'll have two servers in California, one in Texas, one in
England and one in Germany.
(Yes, a server in Asia would be great).
