are all ntp clients from Turkey evil?
I've to admit I don't know who exactly uses my ntp server but I don't
think that there are "too much" from Turkey...

After a lot of messing about with ipsets and automated rule writing, I
finally decided to use GeoIP to drop everything from Turkey (and about
30 other countries... :)
All quiet here since then.
