I tried out the patch for fixing the 3 Karaoke midi files that Yair K. just posted. The 3 files work fine now. They were showing all the lyrics before the music before the patch was added. I also tested several of my midi karaoke files created with abc2midi. Every one but one of them worked after the patch and they all had problems before. If I have time, I'll try to check what's different about the one that didn't work this weekend. There was an error message about a problem with the header or something like that. I think the latest patch seems to work fine and I have not seen any side effects with playing other files while using it.
