1) check that postgres is actually running (can you access it from pgadmin - that is an application that comes with postgres) and that you can find your terp(or whatever you called it) database through it
2) backup your database 3) Look at the server log - it i where you set it up when you initialised the server but most probably in the TinyERP Server folder and most probably called tinyerp-server.log You want to note the latest entries and post them (not the whole log - just the entries from the last attempt to connect) 4) check that the server is running or try to restart it and see the server log 5) check the installation posts such as http://openerp.com/forum/topic6523-15.html - that might give some clue 6) you could look/note down at the client log - which is probably in the client folder and called something like tinyerp-client.exe.log _______________________________________________ Tinyerp-users mailing list http://tiny.be/mailman/listinfo/tinyerp-users
