At first sight it looks good. When there is client feedback then we can see how well it works in reality. I hope that clients can sign up for two sites - a 'production' site and a 'test' site that they can experiment with (but not use very much, except during training). It would be useful to explain that. I also don't see any mention of secure access through SSL, which would be essential.
