Hi Jacorbacho,
Put in a new rule giving the the rights to the salesman. The user who is
creating the Partner should put himself as the salesman. Now he will be able to
save the form. Later if you want you can change the salesman.
You will have to use this workaround for all the forms that you want to
restrict. If there is no option to put in a saleman put in a new field. Put in
all small as I have found openerp to be quiet touchy about capitals in the
name.
An option that I find useful is to define the default value of the salesman
for the user. This way you dont have to enter the name of the dedicated
salesperson again and again.
