@pjstevns it is nice to hear that. I am just speaking of the present, because, the shared funding projects (at least Report Designer) should have been released long time ago, if counting by number of people have bought it...
And I am not speaking about migration scripts... nobody knows even if they do exist? Such things just kicks whole development effort back, because, we, as well as number of other contributors, have been waiting for the software released long ago. Well the time passes and nothing happens, just promisses, so we disappoint and create analogues by our own. So we choose to spend our money and create analogous software inhouse, then I am sure what our money is being spent on. Otherwise...(?) In fact number of analogue projects, I have tested 4 reporting engines for OpenERP, until now. And believe me the reporting engine is not a one day project. The question remains - was it worth that?
