Where did you see that? really?

It's exactly the opposite. GPL2,3 ensure that you CANNOT make proprietary 
products on top of GPL ones.
That's not an opinion, it is the license terms. They are clear, and have only 
one interpretation, if you don't follow them, you are violating the copyright.

Said that, I personally am not opposed to partners getting their share of glory 
for the code THEY write. If Axelor or any partner needs to exploit their own 
work, that's fine.  The only objection is that if every partner creates a 
closed fork of the "solution"[1], in the long term, the OpenERP as a community 
will fragment and be harmed.

[1] I explicitly don't say "closed fork of OpenERP", because this is not 
allowed anyway. I say a "solution" because this could be any integration of 
OpenERP with some closed software.
