It's written on the pricing page. We don't give a guarantee in term of years, 
but in term of versions. (current + two major stable versions) The release 
policy is to do one new stable minor version every 6 months, one new major 
stable version every 18 months.

The program and contract is not "yet" online because usually these contracts 
are sold by partners. We have no ambition to resell this in direct: we want to 
work with the partners. Our "second level" maintenance contract has been made 
to be included in partner's first level support contract. Just write to 
[email protected] is you want a copy of the brochure and the contract. (the 
brochure is quite similar to what's on the website) -> I think  you got a copy 
during the  community meeting: we made small changes, but the main articles 
remains the same.

I will think if it's a good idea to publish the contract directly online.

In practive, we maintain v5 up to april 2015. (the expected date of the 8.0 
release.)

PS: not only we maintain in the long term, but we also manage accounting legal 
issues in the maintenance contract: we guarantee to fix any non conformity to 
legal requirements of an existing feature in an accounting module. -> This will 
generate a big and continuous improvement in the accounting localisation for 
different countries. This is what all customers wanted.

PS2: We also said we will certify all community accounting modules for the 
different countries. Our dedicated team will start at the RC1.
