Stefano, Right now it works with make iris install.X mib510,net:<ip_address>:10001. I checked in a makefile fix today that will make it work with make iris install.X eprb,<ip_address>.
Please note that avrdude does not currently support serial-over-tcpip under win32, so it will only work in linux.
