Revision 1829 adds support for connections strings in the tiOPF format of
server:database. I couldn't test it because I don't have Zeos or MySQL, so
please let me know if I made a mistake.
NOTE:
This is for tiOPF2 only (I don't use tiOPF3 yet, but the code should be
exactly the same). Peter, Jarrod, Andrew or somebody else that uses tiOPF3,
could you possible apply the same to tiOPF3.
