I don't think premarital sex is wrong for consenting adults, period. So I guess we are not going to agree about this one, ever. And for that reason we should not argue about it anymore on or off list.

My earlier point was not to debate the morality of sex outside of marriage as much as the social problems that would diminish greatly if sex was indeed confined to marriage.
