I don't know of one, though it might in the pedantically-named "Sound & 
Moving Image" collection at York's main library (the Scott Library). If 
York has it, probably lots of other college libraries do as well. If you 
have trouble finding it, you might try the Archives of the History of 
American Psychology in Akron, OH: http://www3.uakron.edu/ahap/
