Assistance with student situation

I am teaching a fairly large undergraduate Methods class (70) and have one
student that likes to talk and interject comments a bit too much.  They are
not totally off topic but I am getting complaints from other students that
it is distracting.  Any ideas as to how to approach this tactfully?
