There was some talk the other day about the mapping of the tongue
for various tastes being wrong. I found this information very interesting
considering my main area of research is in flavor preferences. One of our
faculty mentioned in his Sensation and Preception class that the center of
the tongue is sensitive to water. Can any confirm or deny this?
