Dear Joyce:
I thought I'd give my web-searching skills a workout, so I went
to my favourite source, PubMed at:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi
Nothing promising turned up on a search of the authors, but
putting in CSAI-2 paid off big time. For example, consider this:
J Sports Sci 1999 Jun;17(6):505-12
Confirmatory factor analysis of the Competitive State Anxiety
Inventory-2.

Notice the handy e-mail address for Andrew Lane. Why not drop him
a note about your problem? Unfortunately, their abstract notes
that they question the validity of the test but they'll probably
be happy to help, nevertheless.
