MZ,
Since you seem to be there right now, I will address the second question, as
the first one, I have to do some investigating to see
how it is set up. (But right now, I am sure it is solely the SP, but I will
check that out and let you know).

But as for the Antenna question, how can I know if there is an antenna
connected to the TiVo? Would you consider the TiVo Wireless G
USB Network Adapter an antenna that would cause me to answer 'yes' to 'Cable &
Antenna'? The only other antenna in the area is one
that is connected to my Sony DVD player, which is also tied in with the plasma
and TiVo. I'm not really too knowledgeable on how
radio waves work, but I'm wondering if the cordless phone and other peripherals
could act as antennas and cause signals to be picked
up if they are close enough?

Once upon a time sanr shaped the electrons to say...

A Season Pass is tied to only one channel, so if you create it for the
program on the HD channel it should only record on the HD channel.
Are you sure it is a Season Pass and not an Auto-Record WishList?
ARWL are not tied to a channel, so it would record from any channel
with the program. You can't tie an ARWL to a channel - but you can
set 'HD' as a requirement so it doesn't record the SD channels.

If it *is* a SP and not an ARWL, are you sure it is recording the SD
contnet as part of the SP, or is it recording it as TiVo Suggestions?
That can happen too - because the show is positively rated and you
record the HD version, it records other episodes in SD as a
Suggestion.

If it is an SP and you're sure it is recording both HD and SD under
the SP, that is very, very strange. In that case it most likely would
mean that your cable MSO has the same channel identifier assigned to
both versions of the channel so the TiVo sees them as the same channel
and can't differentiate. In that case the best course of action might
be to remove the SD version from your Channels I Receive list. Or
using a Title ARWL and limiting it to HD content may work as well.

It is simple - do you have an antenna connected to the TiVo? If you
don't, and you only have cable connected, then you're Cable Only.
