How about this..... One sat tuner through A/V input and IR blaster, as it is now.
One Sat tuner outputting RF to channel 3, allowing you to watch shows through the other analog tuner. The second one would be strictly a manual setup, but it does allow you to watch/record or record two shows, just not all automatically.
