Hi Glen,

I suspected the hard drive is the issue but when I googled it a  
number of people reported that the issue was a motherboard problem so  
was just checking to see if MZ had a better insight.  I have got a  
Mac so I doubt I can burn my own drive or check the drive but I can  
get a replacement drive from Weak-knees and if not the issue  
hopefully I can return.
