For clarification,
The status of the draft is as follows: The draft is adopted as a working
group item. The draft is "parked" meaning there will not be a working group
last call until the conditions have been met (also just because the
conditions have been met does not necessarily mean the draft is ready for
WGLC). The authors can request code points for the draft (current code
points should be removed from the draft and replaced with what gets
assigned)
