It really isn't all that different. It's still all
X25519MLKEM768, with only AWS Cloudfront having
SecP256r1MLKEM768 enabled (and none offering
SecP384r1MLKEM1024 or pure mlkem1024).
And as far as the "Top N" is concerned, it ultimately
comes down to which stack they're using, and that
distribution breaks down into an even smaller number
of service providers / CDNs.
So e.g.,:
Top 10 (Tranco):
www.google.com X25519MLKEM768 (Google)
www.mail.ru N/A (VK)
www.microsoft.com N/A (Akamai)
www.facebook.com X25519MLKEM768 (Facebook)
www.amazonaws.com N/A (Amazon AWS)
www.googleapis.com X25519MLKEM768 (Google)
www.dzen.ru N/A (VK)
www.cloudflare.com X25519MLKEM768 (Cloudflare)
www.youtube.com X25519MLKEM768 (Google)
www.apple.com N/A (Akamai)
Top 10 (Majestic Million):
