This is a double bounce.  There is no BOUNCE_ENV_ADDRESS and you have
BOUNCE_ENV_SENDER set properly if you with to ignore these.  However,
you're ignoring them in the wrong place (/var/qmail/alias), so the
ignoring part doesn't actually happen.

I don't remember the details of your setup, except that open2web.com
is a virtual domain.  That means that *all* addresses @open2web.com
are handled by the user specified in control/virtualdomains.  The
'alias' user is simply not involved.

You'll have to give us information about the user in virtualdomains,
the actual system user (they're probably the same, but may not be) and
any lines related to 'open2web.com' in users/assign.
