I have had a indwelling catheter since my injury 10 years ago. I am now having problems with the wear and tear on my urethra. Has anyone on the list had a superpubic after having a indwelling cath for a long period of time? Does the fact that my bladder is the size of a walnut make any difference. My urologist does not know the answer to this question, this doesn't surprise me, since he doesn't deal with many quads.
