Thanks for the info. I looked up the Inversion Table. That is kind of neat. I know it would not be for me. I get light-headed just looking at the picture. Glad it works for you though.

I get in this "Tilt machine", close an ankle lock around my ankles (foam lined steel; then I raise my arms to my chest and my body tilts back, then I raise my arms to my neck and I rotate upside down. When I waant get off, I just lower my hands to waist level.

Try googling Tilt or inversion machine??
