When I sleep on my back, getting out of bed the next morning my R leg draws up to my chest and it takes both my hands to push it down. If I sleep on my side, the next morning my R toes turn under and will do so several times aday if I don't wear my shoes. Both of my feet always feel cold to the touch and they always feel as though they are in a bucket of ice - the colder my legs/feet feel the more I sweat from the shoulders up!
