I have "one" thing that comes in handy with TM also. When they give me my shots in my back, they want me awake. It is not too hard to do because I am still numbish in that area so no great pain. Can't really think of anything else about TM that comes in handy though!

Subject: [TMIC] shingles - the right way to get them

Many years ago I was on an examining table for diagnosis of my bladder problem, I think.

The examining person noticed that I had a row of shingles red spots across my right kidney area. That was an area with no sensory perception, so I was quite unaware.

Alton, who has lived in New England for more than 70 years, mostly in Northern N.E., and still every October encounters breathtaking beauty in so many trees

One cannot see too much beauty.
