I've had quite a lot of arthritis in my right ankle for many years prior to TM and used to take Ibuprofen for it daily in order to keep it under control.? I also dropped a metal pan of frozen fish across my instep at 18 years old working in a Fish n Chips restaurant.? Since getting TM and 2 DVT's,?I no longer need the Ibuprofen as I do?not feel the arthritis in my feet.? At least one good thing came out of TM.? Aches and pains?in my legs and back, pins/needles, and burning/freezing from the waist to toes, but no arthritis pain in right foot.? I sure hope it doesn't come back.
We do have to be careful to inspect areas where there aren't any feelings to make sure things are normal.??
