That is so true! I twisted by ankle not even realizing it until I noticed how swollen it was. There are so many bones in our feet I would not even know it unless it were to give out on me! Jeanne in Dayton

Since getting TM and 2 DVT's, I no longer need the Ibuprofen as I do not feel the arthritis in my feet. At least one good thing came out of TM. Aches and pains in my legs and back, pins/needles, and burning/freezing from the waist to toes, but no arthritis pain in right foot. I sure hope it doesn't come back. We do have to be careful to inspect areas where there aren't any feelings to make sure things are normal. When they give me my shots in my back, they want me awake. It is not too hard to do because I am still numbish in that area so no great pain.
