Okay, I guess as long as I'm asking, can someone please post the exact
syntax for the second (SSL) Connector in server.xml (keystoreName &
keystorePass are attributes of the Connector?, etc.) for TC4, and also
any thoughts off the top of your head as to what would cause the
connector to simply (and silently) not bind.
