To be more specific, we're using Tomcat purely as a data marshalling layer to push database information to the client as either CSV or XML data. I haven't worked with Struts before so I'm not sure if I still have a need for it as I'm only working with the Model and not the View. Also, we're working entirely with servlets so anything biased toward servlets would be preferred.
