Hi Ed N1UR and others ( W7RH etc ) Same opinion here. How can we do to change this FT 8 syndrome.
It is same on 6 meters ,AND more and more on all bands. You can listen to CW and SSB section on any bands and they are more or less silent. If this continue , ft 8 has killed Ham radio for ever. ALSO dx-expeditions keeps FT 8 running with one or few operators on many stations/bands at same time ,,,,,,, without any present action from the operator. NO ,We have to TRY to find a better way to keep our hobby alive. Kind regards and KEEP CLG CQ on CW daily Hans SM6CVX > 1 juni 2026 kl. 20:03 skrev Ed Sawyer - N1UR via Topband > <[email protected]>: > > I gave up on 160M DXing about 4 years ago when just about every DXpedition > was doing the 160 contacts on FT8.
