Issue 364: Easier way(s) to set default sync repo ? http://bitbucket.org/tortoisehg/stable/issue/364/easier-way-s-to-set-default-sync-repo
uxs on Sun, 5 Jul 2009 20:52:10 +0200: Comment: I think you're looking at it from the wrong direction. The situation I'm having is: * Create a repository "MyProject". It doesn't have a default sync path. * Create a clone on a networked drive, "MyProjectSharedRepository". The default path for this repo is automatically set to "MyProject". "MyProject" itself isn't changed and still doesn't have a default sync path. The shared repository is there so other people can take a look at my project. Then, when I add some changes to my project, I want to push those changes to the shared repository. But, the default path is not set. So it would be nice if, when you create a clone, the default path of the first repo is also set to the clone. But that should only be done if the first repo is on a local disk, and after confirmation. Anyway, as long as it becomes easier to add a default synchronization path, that'll be enough. -- This is an issue notification from bitbucket.org.
