Hi Adrian,
OK, I will look into it myself to try and find out the reason(s) for this not
working later in the week. I think, even though it is an exotic use case, it is
a issue that should be looked at, because it does show a regression in the
shell extension.
Hopefully I will end up with a patch that will fix the issue we are seeing at
the moment.
