+1, but I have one question. If we move to 'Structured' policy, I suppose we need to have sub-maintainers for each languages, to accepting and confirming suggested translations. Since I'm Japanese, I can't judge translations for other languages. Some languages already have active translators, but other languages don't have them. What should be done this matter?
