Thanks .. I'll look into it.  However, the entire purpose of an
install system is the handle the dependency issues automatically.
That said, it's nice to see a manual method spelled out.

Previously, I did clone the thg repo and tried to run it: it failed
and I did not have time then to look at it.  I have not looked at it
since.  My machines at work are not connected to the Internet, so I'm
still at old hg and thg (hgtk actually) revisions.
