There are five "Now Playing" screens on the Touch, and you can cycle among them, or leave it at the one you like.
1) cover art and basic info (artist, album, track) 2) cover art only 3) basic info only 4) "spectrum analyzer" VU meters 5) dual analog VU meters In the future it may be possible to limit the NP screens that are cycled to fewer than 5, but not at present.
