As you already knew, my first goal was a "better" digital source. I took the Touch over to a coworker/audio friend's house last night for an objective co-listener before I made the decision to send it back. After last night, I'm sending it back. If the screen had been viewable from a greater distance, I would have kept the Touch for my basement setup. But as it's not... I'll just wait for the next, and hopefully improved, Squeezebox.
