So there is no misunderstanding, I am not saying anything bad about
Amazon. Employees can be in a hurry and more importantly with all the
stuff they carry, nobody can know all the products by sight. And
besides it might not have even happened that way, I am speculating from
things that I have heard about and happened to family.

I have bought about 15 things from Amazon over the years and all were
delivered perfectly. But I do know this can't always be the case no
matter how hard a company tries.
