+1 - there is some evidence in the server.log of possible artwork
related problems, but it is being partially masked by the intermittant
failures caused by Norton.... indeed it appears that there is an
intermittant database locking issue that could explain exactly what
Dave is seeing - it occurs on a track transition point.

Until Norton is gone it's very hard to make progress on this.
