Hi, Im getting the exact same issue.. The spotify track shows on the screen but there is no progress and also no sound.. I have factory reset a number of times and Re entered by Spotify login details.. Still nothing. I have a napster account also setup and that is working fine. Also spotify is playing on my other devices.. Iphone4, Desire HD, Linux client etc..
