Getting to the USB stick turned out to be easy. I just went to Options on the Touch and turned on Sharing. Simple. Now the Touch shows up like any other computer on the network and its drives are visible. Pretty darn easy. I was able to drag and drop a music folder from the laptop to the USB stick on the touch.
