Can't claim it to be the cheapest, but see: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?93310-Async-USB-Dac-Experiments-testers-wanted&p=688572&viewfull=1#post688572 which is available from amazon in the uk and I am sure many other places - cost was £6.50 when I bought it, but looks to have gone up to £8 now.
