Describe your setup - model of player, wifi, server etc. Are you using a local LMS ? Is your player connected to the local LMS ? Where (LMS or Mysb.com) have you stored the 6Music favorite ? On your Touch - check Settings/Adanced/Diagnostics/Server Info - any thing which does not have "OK"
