And I assume you've already gone to "mysqueezebox.com" on the web, created an account. As part of the setup process you'll have to enter these mysb.com credentials. p.s. if you have issues with the latter, this may be because the prior owner did NOT disconnect the TOUCH from his own mysb.com account.
