Welcome to the Duet, Boom and SB player world. I'm not worried about having a working version of LMS (or SB server) for a very long time in today's OS markets. My use of SB has been strictly for my own music library so MOG, Pandora and the like services are no big deal (they come and go quicker than the SB product line did anyway). I have multiple players, but they're so far apart I've never messed with sync. If my current players all break I can easily and cheaply build something around Squeezeplay or similar that will do just fine. And with just about any iThing or Android thing I can still control it remotely.
